Born from the idea of creative independence, PSYPOOL Records has evolved into a professional label with a strong curatorial approach. Each release is hand-picked, mastered with care, and crafted to carry a distinct signature - organic, powerful, and timeless.

PROTONIUM is a new chapter in the Psytrance cosmos - a collaborative project born from two complementary artistic paths: PROTOBASE, the current solo project of German producer Ralf Dietze, co-founder of the internationally acclaimed act Protonica,
and DRUIDIUM, the energetic and spiritual Psytrance identity of Swiss artist Alain Papet, known for his signature style #EnergyPsy.

This cross-border collaboration between Germany and Switzerland unites two music souls, two cultures, and two clear sonic visions - blended into one coherent musical force.

Ralf Dietze shaped the global Psytrance scene for more than two decades with Protonica. Performing at iconic festivals like BOOM (PT), OZORA (HU), Rainbow Serpent (AU), and Fusion (DE), he developed a melodic, hypnotic and technically refined sound that influenced countless producers and dancers worldwide. With PROTOBASE, he expands that legacy through modern sound design, modular synthesis and ceremonial depth. His 2025 release “Escape from Reality” (Shamanic Tales Records) became an atmospheric, introspective yet dancefloor-ready Psytrance experience - resonating with deep listeners and global crowds alike.

Alain Papet aka DRUIDIUM brings a different frequency to the collaboration - one rooted in spiritual awareness and energetic activation. With roots in the early 90s underground scenes of House, Goa and Trance, he performed as a resident DJ in Rimini (IT), Cyprus (CY), and Switzerland (CH), before evolving into a fully expressive producer.

After a creative break as a father, he returned focused and transformed - creating #EnergyPsy, a high-voltage form of Psytrance designed to awaken both body and consciousness through dopamine resonance and harmonic frequency work. His standout releases - ”Shrin”, the ritualistic ”Mantra of Spanda”, and the deeply melodic ”Shanti Om” - all released on former version of PsyPool Records Switzerland, showcase his ability to merge groove, emotional depth, and spiritual precision. These tracks also define his acclaimed Arduenna Sessions - intense, transformative live mixes shared on SoundCloud and embraced by the global Psy community.

DRUIDIUM (Alain Papet) is a Swiss Psytrance artist whose musical journey reaches deep into the underground of the early ’90s. Shaped by the first waves of electronic club culture - House, Goa & Trance - he developed an early sensitivity for energetic sound architecture. As a resident DJ in Rimini, Cyprus and Switzerland, he refined his understanding of flow, frequencies and crowd dynamics before evolving into an expressive producer.

After a break, Alain returned transformed - with sharpened focus, a deepened artistic vision and a new sonic concept: #EnergyPsy. This style fuses powerful Psytrance structures with dopamine resonance, harmonic frequency work and the intention to activate body, mind and consciousness simultaneously.

His releases - the hypnotic ritualistic SHRIN and the meditative MANTRA OF SPANDA on former PsyPool Records Switzerland - highlight his ability to merge groove, emotional depth and spiritual precision. Each track acts as an energetic catalyst: direct, refined and intentionally crafted.

Since 2025, DRUIDIUM has teamed up with German sound designer and artist PROTOBASE (Ralf Dietze, former member of Protonica) as PROTONIUM. Together they explore the essence of EnergyPsy and contemporary Psytrance in all its layers and reactivated PSYPOOL Records (Switzerland), bridging spiritual intention with technical excellence.

PROTOBASE is the Psytrance & Trance project of Berlin-based music producer, DJ and sound designer Ralf Dietze. For more than three decades he has been a driving force in the global Psytrance scene - most notably as co-founder and core member of the iconic duo Protonica (2004-2023). With his unmistakable driving yet melodic sound, Ralf has toured extensively across Europe, Asia, Australia, North and South America, consistently delivering unforgettable dancefloor moments.

His musical journey began in the mid-1990s Acid Techno and early synthesizer scene. Passionate vinyl collector and DJ under the alias “Ralle from Halle”, he quickly immersed himself in event organisation and radio work. In 2005 he moved to Berlin to study sound design, laying the foundation for a versatile and constantly evolving career. In 2004, together with Piet Kämpfer, he co-founded Protonica - a project that would become one of the cornerstones of European Psytrance.

With PROTOBASE, Ralf returns to his roots. He reintroduces melodic structures, trance-inspired harmonies and classic Goa elements into contemporary Psytrance - a conscious fusion of past and future, driven by heart and vision. As he says: “Music is a state of mind - balm for the soul and a way to make the heart happy.”

In early 2025 Ralf has joined to Shamanic Tales Records, the label founded by Psytrance legend Astrix. That same year he released the atmospheric, introspective yet dancefloor-ready single “Escape from Reality”, followed by the powerful, acid-charged track “Acid Lab”.

Also in 2025 he joined PSYPOOL Records (Switzerland), the Swiss label founded in 2023 by DRUIDIUM (Alain Papet) - where he now serves as A&R manager. In close collaboration with DRUIDIUM he now explores new sonic territory under the joint project PROTONIUM, merging spiritual energy with technical precision in the realms of EnergyPsy and forward-thinking Psytrance.

In addition, Ralf hosts the popular radio show PSYTRANCE GEMS RADIO on DI.FM.

Under his Techno alias COLLIDR he presents a completely different, rawer side of his artistry - hypnotic, driving and uncompromisingly extravagant.

LIQUID SPACE (Denny Seidewitz) delivers deep, driving Progressive Trance with warm melodies and immersive atmospheres. Active since 1998, his sound reflects decades of experience, refined musicality, and technical mastery.

In his early production years, Denny released memorable melodic tracks on Iono Music, quickly building a dedicated fan base. Since 2022, he has also collaborated with Jens Rawolle (DJ Jensson) as part of the progressive Tech project Rawolle & Seidewitz, releasing music on Iono Black, a respected sub-label of Iono Music. His subsequent solo releases have appeared on respected labels such as Prog On Syndicate and Spiral Trax.

As a live performer, Liquid Space has captivated audiences at notable events, including Fusion Festival and the former Fullmoon Festival.

A classically trained pianist, Denny’s profound understanding of harmony and musical expression is clearly audible in his productions, shaping his unique and emotive Trance style.

ASTRALIK stands for powerful, driving electronic music defined by technical precision and a clearly recognizable sonic identity. His musical journey began in 2007 and has been shaped ever since by a consistent pursuit of expression, depth, and the perfect sound.

Under his former pseudonym Project B, he already made a strong mark on the Industrial scene - including as a resident of the Hardstyle Society event series and through regular sets and radio shows on international digital broadcasters, reaching a worldwide audience.

What defines Astralik is his commitment to an individual, unmistakable artistic voice. Rather than following familiar formulas, he builds his sound from forceful energy, atmospheric depth, and an uncompromising attention to detail. Industrial influences, immersive structures, and a precisely controlled sense of drive merge into an intense and contemporary sonic language.

After an inspiring phase in the Psytrance scene beginning in 2019, Astralik returned to the studio in 2022 with a sharpened vision and a clear artistic focus. Further training in audio engineering has elevated his production approach to an even more professional level.

Today, Astralik stands for dense sound architecture, powerful basslines, and multilayered, atmospherically charged productions that balance technical quality with emotional impact. His sound does not simply fill the room - it creates momentum, depth, and a compelling sense of pull.

DALTON TRANCE TELEPORT stands for psychedelic sound art shaped by origin, depth, and artistic conviction. Behind the project is Nenad Dordevic - an artist from the first generation of the Balkan Goa and Psytrance movement, whose musical journey reaches back to 1994.

His signature sound brings together Psybient, Ethnic Tribal, Chillgressive, and Oldschool Goa into a multilayered sonic language that uniquely combines atmosphere, rhythmic precision, and inner expansiveness. Releases on labels such as Blue Tunes Chillout, Mystic Sound Records, and Galama Records mark defining milestones in an artistic path consistently driven by substance, individuality, and a fine instinct for psychedelic expression.

As a DJ, producer, and early contributor to the psychedelic scene in the Balkan region, DALTON TRANCE TELEPORT has developed a distinctive artistic voice over the decades. The years have flown by, but the passion has never faded:
BOTANIC BLUE is now considered one of South Germany's seasoned DJ veterans - playing with full heart and deep dedication. It all began in the late 90s around Stuttgart, where he didn't just perform, but also helped shape the scene with ideas and refined musical instinct. With strong commitment, he contributed to the radio show “Psylenium Freakquencies” on Radio StHörfunk, a station that still exists today.

It was only natural that
BOTANIC BLUE's musical focus soon expanded far beyond Stuttgart: he built a loyal following and celebrated successes across Europe - through countless club nights and festival appearances. Highlights include the OMNI Festival in Spain, Burning Beach in his home country, and the Luminate Festival, which is based in New Zealand.

LINKZ hails from the island gem of Rügen, once part of the former GDR. He witnessed transformation, uprising and the early underground scene firsthand - becoming one of the pioneering musicians and an active member of Goa Trance Records in northern Germany.
